1. General Overview
At MNTech Solutions, we strive to ensure our students and partners have the best educational experience. We understand that circumstances change, and we have formulated this policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.
2. Course Enrollment Refunds
Refund requests for online and offline courses are handled based on the following timeline:
- Within 7 Days: Full refund (minus administrative fees) if the course has not been accessed extensively.
- 8-15 Days: 50% refund or credit for future courses.
- After 15 Days: No refunds are possible as resources and faculty are already committed.

Our academic board will review the request within 48-72 working hours.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
4. Teacher Partner Program
Partner onboarding fees are non-refundable once the technical setup and LMS credentials have been issued. However, any unutilized credits can be carried forward as per the partner agreement.
